Yeah it sucks.I know the feeling.
I've already figured it out. Have you? This is common with conservatives, they believe things that aren't true. And vote based on it. Very dangerous. There is nothing else to show you. Figure it out yourself.
Things already took a turn for the worse. It happened when he suggested banning immigration by Muslims and when he was endorsed by the KKK.Do you believe we'd mark it a "success" if things took a turn for the worse as you hint at?
Lots of people considered the election of the first Hilter a "success".Isn't it a bit obvious that few and far between would be those who would consider the second coming of Hitler as "success"?

So tomorrow. Get back to you tomorrow.Come back to me when he has done those things.
President Donald Trump is expected to take executive action on immigration on Wednesday that includes restrictions on refugees and U.S. visas in six countries, according to Reuters.
Sources told Reuters that visa holders from Iraq, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria and Yemen will be primarily affected by the order.
According to CNN analyst Juliette Kayyem, the Department of Homeland Security is currently considering "ending Syrian refugee program and a suspension of Muslim majority country visas."
Fear has nothing to do with it. Trump supporters aren't being cowed into following him out of here; they listened to his racist and xenophobic rhetoric, and then voted for him because they agreed with it... or at least because they weren't opposed to it enough for it to sway their vote. And then many of them didn't like what he did after that - they were just too scared to do anything about it. Do you believe that, in this day and age, and given the culture and climate of America that we would be too scared to do anything about it? I am one who simply has to hope not.
I suggest you put more effort into asking us why we voted for him, & less into inventing reasons for us......they listened to his racist and xenophobic rhetoric, and then voted for him because they agreed with it... or at least because they weren't opposed to it enough for it to sway their vote.
This plank of his platform was xenophobic. If someone voted for Trump, there are only three options:I suggest you put more effort into asking us why we voted for him, & less into inventing reasons for us.
I expected.....This plank of his platform was xenophobic. If someone voted for Trump, there are only three options:
- he didn't know about this plank of his platform.
- he voted for Trump because of it.
- he voted for Trump in spite of it.
But you suggest you didn't vote for him because you expected him to do what he promised? Okay - I'll bite. Why did you vote for him, then?
So just as I said: you weren't opposed to Trump's racist and xenophobic rhetoric for it to sway your vote.I expected.....
- Less war than with Hillary.
- Lower taxes than with Hillary.
- Smaller government compared to Hillary.
- Better health care options than with Hillary.
- Saner gun control than with Hillary.
Too many anti-Trumpers, use many derisive terms to describe him, but this
creates an illusion that he must be opposed without considering the alternative.
A wise voter does more than blindly hate one side. He compares the 2 candidates.
Surprise, surprise....the lesser of 2 evils is Trump for many of us.
Since the people opposed to "not my president" seem all about nit-picky semantics, an interesting point I saw on the internet:My circle is full of folks from the left. Needless to say, today is a rough day for some. I keep seeing this "notmypresident" hashtag thrown around. Donald Trump is the president of the US, I am a citizen of the US, Donald Trump is my president. I didn't vote for him this time around. I am skeptical and cautious. With that said, he is my president. From now, he has a fresh start in my mind. Up until now, it was media, campaigning, rallies, etc. I am willing to let all of that go because now he is in the position to govern. A very different position to be in. I am hopeful but cautious.
I've already figured it out. Have you? This is common with conservatives, they believe things that aren't true. And vote based on it. Very dangerous.
Yes, I had to balance that against Hillary's misandric, hawkish, socialistic, classist, thievery. So just as I said: you weren't opposed to Trump's racist and xenophobic rhetoric for it to sway your vote.
Then we get Pence, a known rights killer and just all-round r-tard the way he downplayed the risks of smoking.Everyone saying they think it's better if we support Trump... what about impeachment.
I think Trumps obvious racism is one of the main reasons people voted for him, sure they'll say they're not racist, but the vote for Trump says otherwise.
Everyone saying they think it's better if we support Trump... what about impeachment.
Actually I'm a genius IQ, National Merit scholar finalist in high school, aced the math section of my SAT and scored 720 on Writing, what did you score.
As I've said before, racism is always a strong motivating factor to vote Republican, and especially with Trump, who has been more outwardly racist in tone than any Presidential candidate in modern history, to deny that is just to point the finger of racism at yourself, because we all know its true.
