Who's manipulating, soviet?
Oh, I can absolutely see how this song is totally depressing. Yep, it's truly horrible.
I think you just answered your own question. I'm sarcastically disagreeing with your claim that music is somehow depressing and evil, and providing supporting evidence for uplifting music that has a very good message. Neither of which are manipulation.
Rap and Country are both terrible. I never liked country though. Are we talking Rap and Country and Western? Because I can see Rap and Country and Western as tools of Satan.
J/K there are some good songs in both genres. Not my favorite genres, though.
Some music can be calming to the mind.Music is a distraction. So, how is it not a tool?
How is music not a tool of Satan?
How is music not a tool of Satan?
The theory is, cigarettes, drugs and alcohol might cure one's depression and anxiety for a short term, but it also increases the levels of depression and axneity for the long term, same with music.

Do you think using sarcasm as a way to manipulate others sound reasonable to you?
You know, Al-Queda made it a point to destroy music, and just art in general, when they seized areas in Afghanistan. ISIS does similar things.
You really are not painting a good picture of yourself with a thread like this.
It is a tool of Satan. God is about order. Satan is about chaos and creativity. This video has an excellent explanation on what makes music great:
It could have been titled, "Channeling Satan"
Studies have proven that listening to music actually allows us to concentrate better than without it.
I believe music is orderly so that throws your theory out the window.
