You're entitled to your opinion, however I can see no other deity more fit towards hatered and joylessness than the Abrahamic god, in any of his forms.
By your own argument if you can't live without them then how are they not an addiction.

How are Islamic sermons designed to bait on one? I thought it was the 'modern pop' that was engineered to hook on one.
You did not address my point which was a comment about your assertion that not being able to live without something (music) was proof of addiction. My point is that not being able to live with anything is therefore an addiction based on your argument.

Okay, but how can those songs be addictive though? I tried it myself, and I don't think it's an addictive product. Plus, in Islam I believe they recommend not to continuously listen to nasheeds.

One wants it more. The chances are one might lose his high and then one might try to boosts his high with drugs, or alcohol.
Last time I checked his thing was to lead people astray from the right path.

Really isn't what? My point was that compared to Satan within the Abrahamic view, Yahweh is the hater and bringer of sorrow not Satan. Within the Left Hand Path Satan has nothing to do with Hate and Joylessness.

The Ahl-i Haqq consider Iblis to be a spiritual champion and declares "rafiqi hu 'iiblis wa'ustadhi hu fireawn" (my companion is Iblis and my teacher is Pharaoh) based on their honor to their God in the wake of terror and defeat. Iblis is symbolized as a Black Light (Flame), the Dark Tresses of the Beloved and the Guardian of the Inner Realm. I can promise you, even without actually researching the subject/topic myself, there is zero causation between listening to music and experimenting with drugs.

If it is then so what? Music is uplifting and makes people have a mix of emotions based on the many songs. The world is not black and white. there is a bunch of grey area. Nothing is also good or evil. Good and evil are a consequence of bias and perception of a certain species. To humans all other life (in my dragon perspective) hate most other species and some are torn on what species to care about. In contrast we dragons try to be fair to every species. If we try to "eat" the world it only means we wish to start from a new, to rid war, famine, illnesses and other things that most generally consider bad.

Overall, I fail to see how something that can be therapeutic and bring together, and to practice it is to develop your mind and fine-tune motor skills and dexterity, in anyway at all can be labeled as evil.
