right yet you demonstrate no knowledge of God's word you must have been very fundie...:)

Even when God's word has been interpreted in hundred of different ways? People have a bias on what they believe the bible says and use scripture to back it up. Any scripture that goes against them they explain away.

Based on this, how can we have knowledge of God's word when it's so open to interpretation?

you demonstrate no understanding of the most basic of scripture, you may have casually glanced through a bible while trying to prove to yourself God doesn't mind you being gay but other than that....

I don't think so...:)

I'm afraid you are to far gone to waste scripture on, pearls before swine and all that...:)

So you're ignoring my request? Instead you are merely asserting that I have no 'basic understanding of scripture' and have no desire to say why? I must admit that's very typical of your responses during this thread.

Be careful. God judges us the way we judge others. Just saying.

But you never answered my question: Do you believe that being gay is a sin or just sodomy or both? And I have another one: If there was ever research that, to your own satisfaction, proved that people were born gay, would you still believe it to be a sin?

I know you have no knowledge of the word of God by your ridiculous position that the bible does not speak against homosexuality, when it so clearly does, then you went on to say the NT does not condemn homosexuality and it clearly does, they you moved on to the fact Jesus does not condemn homosexuality and as Jesus is God it clearly does, then you pitch it doesn't mention lesbians only to be shown it does..

the fact that you missed a great big clue in adam and eve shows you haven't even looked properly...:)

Jesus never talked about homosexuality. To assert otherwise is openly dishonest.
