Trump only cares about himself. He even told his audience he doesn't care about them, just their vote. Amd before you say he was joking, Trump said he doesn't "kid." He knows he can gun down someone in broad daylight, especially now, and his supporters will cheer him on.
And to reiterate you stand alone here when it comes to the European members here. Yes, some like him but a German friend of mine, Trump getting in office was part of the reason she moved back to Germany. Lots of Europeans, and I strongly suspect most, do not like Trump.
Amd it's Putin who waged the war when he invaded Ukraine.

Do you know Putin banned trans care? If you were to move to Russia legally you would be male, and someone could probably kill you and there would be no investigation or charges pressed.

The BBC reported that the father had bought the gun. If you haven't heard that in the USA then you haven't.....I'm just telling you what I heard .
We (UK) also saw a picture of Trump being lifted up by security people by his vehicle..... It was suggested that this could be become an iconic image.
I can't tell you any more, sad to say.

I googled for this, the same picture on a cnn site, this picture is shown on the thumbnail to the right side.
I can't see any references to match the BBC report about the father giving the gun to son. I'll keep a watch on the news for any more about that. Maybe the dad changed his story?

The picture showed Trump being lifted above the heads of the security staff, with his left hand raised into what looked like a fist and the flag was flying in the top right hand of the picture.
It was there for you to see.
