I don't believe anyone belongs there except God of course. Some people like my wife who spent so much time there tend to think of it as home but I believe we belong in life. In other words that is where we should be.

I believe if it is the assumption of Mary that appears to be a Roman Catholic fairy tale.

It is interesting to see someone who believes in fairy tales categorize other people's beliefs as fairy tales.
At least you know how someone like me must feel when I hear people talk about Jesus rising from the dead and flying off into the clouds like a swarthy Superman.

especially nowadays when we know very well ....above our heads....beneath our feet

but of course there's that language problem

where else could He have gone?
so maybe His body was stolen by his followers
and the Roman guards were paid to be quiet....or be executed for failing their guard
I believe He survives His death
if He failed the fate of Man is death
and the existence of Man is a complete mystery without resolve.....or purpose

I believe we have textual evidence and the Roman Catholics do not.
I believe your assumption that things you are not able to personally verify are fairy tales to be false.
I do not believe in fairy tales. I believe what the witnesses said. I also believe that if there was a problem with that Jesus would let me know and He hasn't.
To be knowing what someone else would do or would not do is to be that person imo. Jesus walks the way of Holiness and on the way of Holiness is no one who isn't holy. Are you clinging to something that is not holy? Then you can't walk the way of Jesus Christ and if you are not walking his way, how is he talking to you?

I believe you are believing in fairy tales.
I believe ascension had a purpose ie that He did not just lift off into the air and return and is still with us but rather that there was a way for Him to get somewhere other than this earth. For instance Elijah had a chariot of fire to take him elsewhere.
I believe that is nothing more than a false rumor spread by the Chief Priests who were not willing for people to know the truth.
There is no evidence to support this concept. One does not survive death but one may be resurrected from it.
