I was raised in a household that embraced fundamentalist pasta worship. The Okay Book (not to be confused with The Good Book) tells us (for a fact) that the Flying Spaghetti Monster is actually a whole grain pasta, and not of the "sanitized" flour that many of the unwashed want to believe in.

Put me down for an "Amen" to Smoke's original post: Mountains don't just come from Nowhere!

The Okay Book says it, I believe it, and that settles it!

PS - $10 bumper stickers will be available soon.

The Irony of this is that "they" can not make a colleration with what you say and they believe. They actually believe in the god or gods they propose, they are completely blind to the fact that your claim is equal, with possible more evidence has you have the existence of pasta to refer to, to their belief.

I guess that is the real issue at hand, no evidence common sense and reality can change their mind, they believe what they believe either because their minds got destroyed as young children by their parents or society, or they can not leave the world they live in as the fear of the real world, most likely related to the fear imbeded in them by the specific religion. Or of course, we have people like Kent Hovind, Ray Comfort etc who just wants to get money from the gullible masses, I cant believe either of them actually believe the lies they are spouting.

The great prophet of pasta speaks!

I think we can all look forward to the time when these three theories are given equal time in our science classrooms across the country, and eventually the world; One third time for Intelligent Design, one third time for Flying Spaghetti Monsterism, and one third time for logical conjecture based on overwhelming observable evidence.
