Belief is not the same thing as reality.....

What if my hypothetical belief in the Unicorn deity was based on a book on which people wrote about the Unicorn deity and said that the Unicorn deity inspired them.

Would that make the unicorn deity believable?

If same sex marriage is legal in a place then it is lawful for a judge to officiate. As it is legal in the entirety of the U.S. it is lawful for a judge in this country to officiate.
I am not familiar with US law....but if what you say is correct...I would seen to be so....
