Do you believe there is sin in committing love? Because expressing who one truly is with one whom one truly loves, is an act of love -- not sin.

I beleive it is not love as I said before. I can't say I love my wife and beat her. That is not an act of love. A person can't commit an act of sexual sin with another person and call it love becasue it isn't.

So, expressing who one is in intimacy with one whom one truly loves... is sin? Not all Christians (or even denominational authorities) would agree with you. The question is very much up for debate within Xy, so such a broad statement as "being sexually active as a homosexual is sinful" is untenable.

I beleive if there are those who think they are Christian and love sin so much that they are willing to legitimize it then they have become apostate from Jesus and an anti-christ. Anyone receiving Jesus as Lord must accept His lordship.

A lot of people say for Christianity that being homosexual is not a sin, but acting on it is sin. This doesn't go along with gospel teachings in my opinion. It's simply a popular way to straddle the fence...not sure of the origin.

Jesus taught committing sin in your heart and mind is as condemning as actually carrying them out.

I believe that is true but a homosexual must deal with his tenedencies as much as a heterosexual has to deal with his own. The sin is not the tendency but the allowance of it to supercede righteousness.
