Should a meat eater be allowed to head a vegan group? at what point does it make no sense

If you are playing in a baseball game, do you start whining in the 5th inning because you think you should get as many strikes as you want? Or are you expected to follow the rules of the game that were agreed on prior to the start of the game? Can you claim that your religioun believes in 5 strikes per batter, and then claim religious discrimination if you aren't allowed 5 strikes?

Happily, Jesus is not murdering puppies

You are equivocating treating sinners and who may be a leader in a Christian church or group because in the case at hand it was not a membership issue but who could be a leader. Can someone who doesn't follow Jesus be a Christian leader? Can a Hindu be president of the Harvard Jewish group and if they don't like it kick them out? Must the Harvard Islamic society allow atheists to be leaders? Nonesense.

Jesus never spoke about gender issues and ledership roles, he never spoke about gender issues, period.

Actually Jesus let the Old Testament stand, trusted it and the apostles did address some gender issues

Jesus did address some of the issues by example as well. He picked 12 men as apostles. Discrimination or Complementarian?

Christ didn't pick on sins. All sex is a sin without marraige period, according to the bible. Was Jesus having his apostles lay on his bossom part of the example?
John 13:23

John 13:23

depends... he told the woman 'neither do I condemn you' and a chapter later told the religious teachers 'I have much to say to condemn you'

Jesus had a number of women as disciples who also funded his entourage,
Mary Magdalene was the apostle to the Apostles. Apostle was not a name Jesus gave them. It is a descriptive name of what they did. It is the church who has decided that there were only twelve men. Which is not actually true as others were selected later. And some women also went out on the same missions. But for some reason we chose to forget their role, which we denigrate because they were women.
