Proverbs 8:22-36

VERSE 35 - For whoever finds Me finds life,
and obtains favor from the LORD;

John 5:39-40, Jesus said, "You search the Scriptures because you think that in them you have eternal life; it is these that testify about Me; and you are unwilling to come to Me so that you may have life."

John 10:10, Jesus said, "The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life, and have it abundantly."

John 14:6, Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.

1 Cor. 1:30, It is because of Him that you are in Christ Jesus, who has become for us wisdom from God-- that is our righteousness, holiness and redemption.
Hello Mr. Milk Man,
Who is the speaker in Prov. 8:22?
What verse names the speaker?

Hey Bible Student, I thank you for answerin my questions and for being polite and respectful about it. It just bothers me that you couldn't trust your own interpretation of Rev. 1:1. You were dead on with it. But as soon as you saw the contradiction with Rev. 22:6, you backed off. You may not believe it, but I really do care about you and others. I'm not trying to get you to agree withh everything I say. I just pray that you will put Watchtower on the back burner and read nothong but the Bible. Trust the Holy Spirit to lead you to the truth. You just proved that He led you to the truth of Rev. 1:1 without Watchtower. I must admit, I was feeling very happy for you.

Well this will be my final comment to you.I am done sharing.I like to back up what I speak about without criticizing. The last part of your comment was a bit disturbing. It has been nice talking to you but I must carry on away from this bad situation.Have a nice day.:)

Oh I am affiliated with them.I am not one though. One must be baptized.I am studying.I have never denied that I feel only they have an accurate knowledge of the truth.I do not disagree with anything pertaining to the teachings of the Jehovahs Witnesses according to the holy scriptures.
Basically, what I hear you saying is that you're one of Jehovah's Witnesses in principle but just not officially. Thanks for the clarification.

I am interested in knowing which denominations teach this.

There are many scriptural references where Jesus distinguishes himself from the Father, both in prayer and in his teachings. I don't believe Jesus prayed to himself. To answer your question, this is Mormon doctrine, though it does have significant Biblical support too

Technically you can't hear me say anything. This site does not come equipped with sound.Lol...:D

Ps.I am not baptized.I am not a JW.I believe that they have an accurate knowledge of the truth when compared to other beliefs. It is all in line with the holy scriptures.Even their behavior.:)

God is a singular being who exists in a plural manner.
That makes all kinds of sense.

The three work together in complete unity, totally dependent on one another, and yet totally interdependent of each other.
Well, I believe that, too. So how about answering my initial question? Is each one "God"? Or are they only "God" when they are spoken of as a single essence?

I don't pretend to completely understand our triune God, but this is how I see it in the Scriptures.
Well, you work on that, okay? Because God is not the author of confusion. If you don't understand the Trinity, maybe it's because it's not a doctrine established by God but by man.

Like the position you have taken?
I've never once said that. You have. I have never once said anything like, "I tell it like it is," which implies that what you say are as factual and provable as 1 + 1 = 2. I would be the first on this forum to admit that I don't have all the answers and am still learning.

 Okay, you win. I can't hear you at all.

Now that's what I like to hear -- those two words: "I believe."

The only way I can respond to that is like this.........

I know JW's count time they talk to people about God, and turn their hours in so can be listed as, "Active." None of your comments to me should be counted for the following reason. You are not teaching. This comment you made to me is un-Christian, and somewhat smart mouth. If you knew as much as you think you do, you would not be with the JW cult..

="Katzpur, post: 4163845, member: 2540"]That makes all kinds of sense.

I've already explained what I believe. There is only ONE God. Yaweh, Jesus and the Holy Spirit are called God in the Bible. All are the one true God always, whether they are operating apart or separately. God is a title not a name.

My statement, "God is a singular being who exists in a plural manner" makes a lot of sense. There are many things in nature which are singular in being but exist in a plural manner: protons, neutrons and electrons make up a single atom. A single drop of water can exist in three states, liquid, solid and vapor.

Whether you agree or not is up to you, but this is how I understand God.

I agree the word trinity is not in the Bible. I personally do not use the word except to say what I just said, which is the word trinity is not in the Bible.. However, I believe the concept is there.

One of the best evidences for God existing in a plural manner is Matthew 28:19
"...baptize them in the NAME of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit." It's name (singular) not names.

Did I read correctly from one of your posts that you believe Jesus is God?

Question for any Jehovah's witness.

Who do JW's believe will be with them on paradise earth? Will it be Jesus or God? I'm trying to understand your position.

I am well aware of your deception and tactics. This is not my first time around the block. You are nothing more than a stumbling block.A thorn in my side if you will.First of allI am not a JW, and I do not collect hours. You have to be an unbaptized publisher in order to do that.Another thing,I cannot teach you for your mind is already made up and your behavior is bad.Your true nature is that of a person who likes to cause trouble and argue.I do not have time for you or your ways.Carry on now and go bother someone else. The grown ups are trying to talk here.Run along...............

Ps.You speak of my comment being "un -Christian."Lol.... That is a compliment coming from you buddy. You don't even know what the word means. When confronted with truth, they always attack the organization because they cannot answer correctly.
