Is the Bible too Contradictory for All of it to be True?

The Bible nowhere says salvation is obeying the best we can.

Gal 3:21 - Is the law then contrary to the promises of God? May it never be! For if a law had been given which was able to impart life then righteousness would have indeed been based on the law.

Gal 2:16 say that 3 times. Then Gal 2:21, gives the logical reason.

We are declared righteous the same way Abram was---he believed God. God does not have a plan B.
OMG you missed the point.

Why won't people study. Once a person is saved, their salvation cannot be lost.

Read I Pet 1:23, then look up "imperishable," and the truth will suddenly be revealed to you.
No, I do not think so.
A person is born of a mother. It is what we are born of that is imperishable. Birth does not make a person just like what birthed him. It is by works that a person becomes like his father.

IF the Bible is by The Holy Spirit and you are talking about it using sarcasm, I do not doubt that is "foolish talk".

I am not talking about the Bible using sarcasm, I use it to try and make a point in a more obvious way. I guess sometime it may seem like an insult, but I never intend it to be.

A law or The Law is something given to more than one person.
To obey God to do God's will is not the law. It is personal.

Read the verse. It says BORN AGAIN."

You said, "It is such a comfort to have someone in the forum who is smarter than God and can overrule Him on what is a minor irritation. Did God die and make you omniscient about what is stupid? What a stupid idea.".

You make sarcasm about mighty God? I fear God.

If you have been born again of IMPERISHABLE SEED, what does that teach you?
WHO is the seed? I am born OF an imperishable seed. I do not remain a live seed if I leave to do my own thing. If a branch is cut off, the seed will die before it is mature. The seeds of the imperishable seed are not also imperishable. John 15:5 I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.
Faith without works is dead.
James 2:17 How can dead also be imperishable?

@omega2xx Galatians 3:16 The promises were spoken to Abraham and to his seed. Scripture does not say "and to seeds," meaning many people, but "and to your seed," meaning one person, who is Christ.
