First you'll have to define what you mean by "woke" considering there's no longer any consistent or coherent usage of the term.
Some consider cauliflower sandwiches to be "woke". Now I could be wrong, but I doubt any appear in the movie. Would that make it "anti-woke"?

Saying the movie is "anti-woke" is a trend that happened on Twitter, if I recall. That being said, it doesn't seem very "anti-woke" to me - it has a strong female role in it.

If I were to be entirely honest, nothing. This seems like the case of Republicans claiming "ownership" of a movie that they enjoyed, calling it "anti-woke", without ever explaining why.

I haven't seen the latest one, but I remember the one with Dennis Hopper and Bob Hoskins. It was kind of weird, but that was back in the days before we were "woke." Then there was the video game. I used to play that quite a bit, along with the earlier (non-super) Mario Brothers, Donkey Kong, Donkey Kong Jr. I don't think anyone had any real issue with them either being woke or anti-woke.
But then again...

Amd you probably want to learn more Nintendo characters. Solid Snake is half Japanese, Link and Zelda are closer to elves, Samus is a human from wherever she's from, Final Fantasy has a mixture, Kirby isn't even humanoid, Fox McCloud is a fox, there's lizards and dinosaurs, Ryu Hyabusa and other ninjas are Japanese, Mike Tyson (who the game is named afterl is black, and with the NES I'd wager most are in the eye of the beholder. Like, did the guy in Kung-Fu evem get developed that much?
And woke is nothing more than being aware of systemic discrimination and repression.
