I pray more for Trump than any other person. He is the most powerful person in the world. Maybe it has some effect.
. Please join me in prayer :). Ya never know

If you can read this, you are as lucky as I am.
Five people voted "no" so far.

That is amazing. You can be with Trump on everyone of his issues, but he is an obvious, pants-on-fire liar. . .

I can understand how some may have found reasons to vote for him. I get that.

But you didn't vote for him because you thought he was honest . . . pretending that you did makes you as dishonest as they come.

I could be mistaken, but my belief was that Trump speaks falsehood but believes it to be true. I could be wrong

I'm an optimist. I have to assume that he actually understands what he's doing.

Otherwise we have a mental incompetent running the executive branch of the United States. I suppose there are many Republicans in Congress, and in his own beaurcracy, who may find that kind of pliant mind useful to forward their agendas, but as a liberal deeply concerned with avoiding unnecessary war and alienating allies and potential allies. . . Well, such dementia would be disastrous.

So, looking on the bright side. . . He's a mentally competent bald-faced liar.

We certainly know that Obama wasn't honest, and of course Hillary dilliary, and Billy the kid, in fact most presidents were never honest, so why pick on Trump, wait I know why, because you cannot get over the fact that you lost.

I should hope he doesn't really believe illegals took his popular vote and that China invented a global warming conspiracy but I gotta wonder.
If the Federal Government allows illegal immigrants to get State Driver's licenses with absolutely no repercussions for claiming to reside in the U.S. illegally, then it is not a stretch to believe that illegal immigrants could have voted in this or past Presidential elections.

I'm not so sure if China invented the global warming myth, but practically nothing that so many global warming fabricators claimed would happen (including Gore) have happened.

I don't like labeling an entire person as being "dishonest", so let me rephrase the OP and simply say Trump's rather clearly "honesty-challenged".

Not really, people with green cards can't vote.

They get deported then come back over, many having been deported six times.
Most are not deported though. They are given a "Notice to Appear" before an Immigration Judge and never do so.

These people "cannot" live here, but they do. Just like how they "cannot" vote, but they most likely do.

I don't see how an illegal is going to vote when not even a legal immigrant(someone with green card) can't vote. There would have to be rampant voter fraud which there is no evidence for. I would love for Trump to audit califorrnia, he might find 200 votes someone stuffed in the cushions. No votes were found floating in the harbors this year.

During this past election cycle, noncitizens were discovered on voter registration rolls in both Virginia and Pennsylvania.

Illegal Voters Uncovered in Philly Are ‘Tip of the Iceberg’
Then those states need a better system. Depending on the state they do sweeps to check for things, for example people can't vote if they are in the middle of a felony. Maybe a bunch of felons would try and break the law and vote, who knows, I am sure there are cases but Trump will not find the 3 million he is looking for in California, which he named specifically.

How can you so easily agree that there could be flaws in the system, but then make such a definitive claim?

Anyways, not everyone agrees with you.

I'll refer you to volume 36 of the journal titled, "Electoral Studies - An International Journal on Voting and Electoral Systems and Strategy" in the section titled "Do non-citizens vote in U.S. elections?"

It can be found here - http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0261379414000973

They calculate that up to 2.8 million non-citizens may have voted in the 2008 election.

They also claimed that, "We find that there is reason to believe non-citizen voting changed one state's Electoral College votes in 2008, delivering North Carolina to Obama, and that non-citizen votes have also led to Democratic victories in congressional races including a critical 2008 Senate race that delivered for Democrats a 60-vote filibuster-proof majority in the Senate."

Who knows how many more non-citizen voters we had eight years later and how that would have impacted the primary vote.
