I really have much respect and admiration to the old generation mothers. We would not be here today talking to the lovely 301 if they said the same thing. they did not want childeren.

I find this really peculier and popular motion among secular systems. Selfishness to unforseen levels. The denying of supereme Creator in their secular system causes them to automatically deny the majistic power of creation. Why should I bother mentality! What benefit will I gain from all this headach? They get old they move out? Nothing but trouble? etc etc.

This selfish system turn the masses without any reason to not wanting to share life with little ones. Too busy after material gain and self satisfaction. Me myself and I system.

After all the dust is settled they find themselfs alone in nursing homes being cared for by compelet strangers.

Furthermore The kids of these same parents abanden them in degrading nursing homes as they are too busy in this capitalist system to have anytime to care for them in their old age. Even after all the time spent in labour, pain, money and time spent on these same kids.

This nursing homes phenomena in secular dark and backward system is nowwhere to be seen in christian states and also are forbidden to exist in islamic system.

Man. It must be disheartening to assume so much about a person because they utilize the term 'secular' and choose personally not to have kids. I guess just automatically disassociating yourself with knowing perhaps feels good. What is the saying? Ignorance is bliss.

301, I note that in the link you provided there needed to be 4 witnesses to the rape for the rape to be proven. I put to you that this proof would be extremely rare.

I appreciate your answer, however what you have provided is theory and ideal. I'd like a more realistic assessment of the questions I asked please. For instance a woman is raped and there are no witnesses to the act at all, she comes home and it is obvious to her family that she has been raped because she is bleeding and has torn clothes. She says "I have been raped". What are the consequences for her, since it seems she cannot provide those 4 witnesses.

Islam closes the door to the criminal who wants to commit this crime.

You are talking complete rubbish. The Islamic system doesn't improve the situations for women anymore than the secular lawcourts.

Are you absolutely dumb, deaf and blind?

The current Islamic courts have often blame the Muslim victims who reported rapes for not wearing enough or not covering their heads, going unescorted, blaming them for adultery, family feuds. The victims are either stoned or flogged, while the rapists either get away with their crimes or receive less severe punishment like fines or short imprisonment.

This is happening in Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Sudan, etc, all of which employed Islamic system. The current Islamic judiarcial system are complete joke, that violate human rights.

The police in these countries don't just arrest the rapists, but they also arrest the victims for reporting the crimes. The victims are then assaulted by the police.

Islamic courts don't even come close to closing loopholes where the rapists are properly punished. And do who often give these court verdicts against victims, the Islamic clerics. The Islamic clerics serving as judges or magistrates have the tendency to blame women for their rapes.

This is why sexual assault crimes often go unreported, because the victim are often abused by the police and further traumatize by the court that trivialized their sufferings and redirected the blames on the victims.

In our view the man who rapes a woman, whether she is a virgin or not, if she is a free woman he must pay a “dowry” like that of her peers, and if she is a slave he must pay whatever has been detracted from her value.

Recently somebody hit my car while I was parked at Krogers and I had to take it to three different body shops to be assessed for my insurance company.

Just out of curiosity, where can one get a reasonable estimate on the value of his slaves?

Are there appraisers who do that sort of thing for insurance purposes?

Just wondering.

Rape is one of the worst crimes possible. Wether or not the woman is dressed revealingly is irrelevant. It doesn't come even close to excuse it. We shouldn't mix things up. Our religion has a certain attributes to the dress that should be considered good. However, there is no forcing involved in that, in the end the woman should wear what she wants, and it's between her and God. And that has nothing to do with rape.

The new methods are put into account. The same ways any system can verify nowadays wether or not an alleged victim is raped, would be added to the 4 witnesses thing. Also, of course there is no consequences for a woman who can't provide witnesses.

I understand my good sister but did not have enough time to post other links explaining the jurisprudence outcome of such vile crimes.

We have in islamic jurisprudence what is a well known "ijtihad" and "Qisas". The well educated judge of the islamic kaliphate has the right to exercise such rights.

he could easily and has happened from past examples of using "Qisas" to replace the 4 witnesses with only 1 substancial evidence. i.e DNA identification. He could also stretch this "Qisas" to include Pubic hair, DNA from Siemen, injuries sustained in the attack, Weapons, etc and replace them with "witnesses".

Also do you how many rape cases where recorded in the entire golden kaliphate of 1350 years? NONE. :D

Since you do not have a holy scripture to speak of, are you resorting to Plagiarim which amounts to unethical and complete intellecutal bankruptcy:

(2) and the example of those who disbelieve is as that of him who shouts to those (flock of sheep) that hears nothing but calls and cries. (They are) Deaf, dumb and blind. So they do not understand. (Tafsir Al-Qurtubi )
( سورة البقرة , Al-Baqara, Chapter #2, Verse #171).

The deaf, dumb and blind is the one that does no distinguish between current un-islamic and secular, baathist, socialist and communist systems only because they house muslim names of being on the same standard and level of the golden islamic Caliphate. :p

You see the difference is that I have hope in the return of the Islamic Caliphate where is you have no hope whatsoever. :flirt:

You are living your hope right here, right now. Or shall I say your worst secular nightmare? :bat:

I totally agree. Frubals.

Whatever the women wear should be no excuse for rape, and to blame women because of how they dress, it is completely despicable in the extreme.

That some victims are even arrested and charged because of how they dress show that the today's Islamic courts of some countries are out of touch with reality and the trauma any woman had to go through.

About 10 years ago, some Lebanese Muslim youths gang-raped a girl in Sydney. They blamed the girl for the way she dressed, during the court. They also say they don't recognised the lawcourts of the land they live in, and only recognised Islamic court.

When they receive harsh sentence, the then so-called Islamic imam of Australia, Taj El-Din Hamid Hilaly, said that the sentence was unjust, didn't care about the girl. He late preached that:

Taj El-Din Hamid Hilaly said:
If you take out uncovered meat and place it outside on the street, or in the garden or in the park, or in the backyard without a cover, and the cats come and eat it ... whose fault is it, the cats' or the uncovered meat? The uncovered meat is the problem. If she was in her room, in her home, in her hijab, no problem would have occurred."

This cause outrage to not only non-Muslim women throughout Australia, but also Australian Muslim women. Muslim women leaders strongly. This is the same sort of comments 301ouncer has made:

Ofcourse mini-skirts dont rape. But do not help. Uncovered meat will cause the beasts to gather to devour.

There was a BBC report that I was liestning to on the world service which its study found out that the majority of rape in civilised peacefull secular states was casued after the rapiests were indulged in prolonged periods of viewing hard core adult films.

It is just all of it comes together from alchahol, WMD sex, No divine conciouse, to too much revealing secular dress code, when all or any of these combinations come toghether and we have a dwarfing darkness and total backward civilised social conduct.

Hilaly gave a back-hand apologies, saying:

Hilaly said:
"if a woman who shows herself off, she is to blame...but a man should be able to control himself."

She stilled blame the women for how they dressed.

Oh, it gets better.

"If she was in her room, in her home, in her hijab, no problem would have occurred." Referring to a famous gang-rape case in Sydney in 2000, he further criticized women who "sway suggestively," and lamented the fate of tempted men, saying, "then you get a judge without mercy and gives you 65 years. But the problem, but the problem all began with who?"

Hilaly reportedly went even further off the deep end later in his sermon, when, according to the New Zealand Weekend Herald, he said women are "weapons" used by "Satan," and "when it comes to adultery the responsibility falls on the woman 90 percent of the time."

K-Rudd needs to open his bloody eyes to the fact that we're in trouble, multi-culturalism is failing and our open door policy is rising in unpopularity. However, his head is so far up his own backside he won't.

Up on the Gold Coast we've had similar ethnicity based issues, mostly assault and sexual assault very close to where i live, and still leaders of all kinds dance around the obvious.

Case and point, more "traditional" (could be the wrong way of putting it, i'm unsure how to word it) Islam is really not compatible with our culture and yet nothing is done to moderate differences.

This cause outrage to not only non-Muslim women throughout Australia, but also Australian Muslim women. Muslim women leaders strongly. This is the same sort of comments 301ouncer has made:

Hilaly should be removed from Australia. There is no way the Australian way of life, culture and freedom should be slandered in such a way from a person of responsibility without punishment or reprimand.

The closest i come to being white supremist is in this:

Accept the country for what it is, its laws, its culture, its way of life or go back to where you came from.

Honestly though, why do we get the looneys? A mate of mine is a muslim and he's perfectly normal. I only found out he was a muslim because he wrote his middle name on an exam paper. Why should being a muslim be a big deal? It only is because integration is so difficult and we have roadblocks like Hilaly.

It's funny. Because if men dressed up from head to toe, was always accompanied everywhere he went by his wife, or never left the house; rape would never occur then either.

But.. I guess when you hate women because none of them are capable of loving you, you would be just as sexual frustrated to claim women as tools as Satan (because men can't be?) and that women are 90% responsible for adultery (a completely unfounded claim).

Well, that is really sad to see. This argument is not only weak and stupid, but also shows prejudice against women. Dressing revealingly incite sexual urges, not violent urges. In other words, if i see a woman dressed that way, i might feel tempted. But not tempted to force sex on someone and sometimes beat them up in the process.

It's totally unjustifiable to even mention how was the woman dressed when it comes to a rape crime. Clearly a rapist's problem isn't because of the way a woman dresses, it's all about how messed up he is.

The way i see it, rape is rape and its going to happen whether the woman is wearing a mini-skirt of a hijab. Its not the women, its the mindset of the man that is the issue.

Yes, rape is a violence crime, it has nothing to do with how a woman dresses.

The constitution has nothing to do with clothing for women. It is not an offense to wear a micro skirt. That's why the constitution had nothing to do with clothing.

Yes dust you have actually corrected me here. :)

Yes it has nothing to do with clothing and the clothing will turn into nothingness very soon enough.
