What is agency and how is that related to physics?

Police: Jewish man wielding 2 knives shot dead by officers in Bat Yam
According to police, on Saturday afternoon they were called to the scene of a brawl between a number of suspects in their 30s that began on Yitzhak Sadeh Street.
A Jewish man police said was carrying two knives and threatening a police officer and a civilian was shot by the officer in Bat Yam and died hours later at Wolfson Hospital.
According to police, on Saturday afternoon they were called to the scene of a brawl between a number of suspects in their 30s that began on Yitzhak Sadeh Street and then continued onto nearby Barzilay Street.
In a statement on Saturday evening, Tel Aviv police said that officers who arrived at the scene approached one of the wounded men and while they were speaking to him, a man holding two knives “with a threatening look on his face” began to run towards the police. They said that the officer felt his life was in danger and ordered the man to drop the knives and that when he refused, the police officer shot the 34-year-old man.
Police said they have set up a special investigative team to determine the background of the fight.
Ayalon subdistrict commander Natan Bozana said Saturday night that “it is the obligation of every police officer to protect civilians and in particular when there is a deadly threat to their life or that of the police officer.”
Nonetheless, the incident will now be investigated by the Justice Ministry’s Police Investigative Division, to determine whether or not there was any wrongdoing on the part of the officer who shot the man.
Following the shooting, a second suspect was taken to Wolfson Hospital with serious injuries suffered in the brawl.

actually, not a journalist. Don't you read the news?Soldier VS Jouranlist lol
i guess its personal, then why he choose him ?
Don't you read the news?
I don't understand this sentence.I disagree with everyone who says it would have been better to stabilize her with a knife, it a taser gun.
Or a taser gun*I don't understand this sentence.
Are you equating "tolerance zero approach to terrorism" with dispensing with nonlethal force when it is a safe option?Or a taser gun*
I'm not quite sure. I just want more severe punishments to terrorism. In the video, the woman is going beyond her boundaries, and is holding a knife. IMO, she deserves to be shot, and killed. There should be zero tolerance for someone holding a knife and disobeying law enforcement officials in a time where there are multiple stabbings per day. Again, I say this for both Jews and Muslims. A terrorist is a terrorist. Are you equating "tolerance zero approach to terrorism" with dispensing with nonlethal force when it is a safe option?
I'm not a big fan of Klan justice. It is, in my opinion, little better than terrorism.I'm not quite sure. I just want more severe punishments to terrorism. In the video, the woman is going beyond her boundaries, and is holding a knife. IMO, she deserves to be shot, and killed.

I think it's naive, at this moment, to assume that a Palestinian, in Israel, holding a blade and approaching an officer means no harm.
If it's agreed that she does mean harm, then IMO, death penalty. We don't need to wait for her to kill someone in order to punish her.
Also, extreme measures should be taken against her family. They should be deported. Do you think there'd be as many terrorists if they were automatically killed knowing that their families would be deported?
I agree that it may be unfair, but the whole point here is not to please everyone, but to reduce the amount of terrorists.
I've always respected you (well, not always, but I've since matured), and knowing where you stand, you probably won't agree with me and might even think that I'm a psychopath. However, witnessing one of these events, and personally not being able to go three steps without looking behind me, has given me perspective that few on this forum have. At least, that's how I feel
Iran seems to be madly in love with them.Where do/would they deport Palestinians?
Iran seems to be madly in love with them.
Then they shouldn't raise terrorists. What if they don't love Iran ?
What if they love to stay in their homeland ?
Then they shouldn't raise terrorists.
That'll no longer be Israel's problem. How to protect themselves from the terrorists settlers ?
That'll no longer be Israel's problem.
Yes I know, the terrorist Jews are to blame for all of this. They deserve this act of revenge!Palestinians are fighting to protect themselves from the terrorist Jews, the settlers are
living in the occupied lands.
They're armed walking the streets in the Palestinian lands.
I've always mentioned how I wish Israelis would just come here and we give them a state.
Switching to Palestinians, I wonder if they were offered a decent portion of Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Iran, etc. - would they accept it? It would make sense if peace and security were absolute top priority.
Just a thought experiment since I know Jordan especially would not do it again.
