You have a bad habit of responding to arguments nobody has made in order to avoid responding to the point being raised.
They didn't say it was "only in Italy". To use your phrasing earlier, they "never implied that".
My quick googling suggests that this isn't how Italian jus sanguinis citizenship works, but aside from that, Italy allows normal immigration and for people of different ethnicities to have children together.

It suggests it's a bad thing. i.e: that only ethnic Italians are "real" Italians, and that the ethnography of the country is somehow innately a good thing. It also feeds in to the explicitly racist and fascist conspiracy theory of the Great Replacement:

It has to do with that. I think Britain voted for Brexit because the EU is becoming a very bad place...with all those fascists.
I mean just think of Hungarians, Polish, Romanians, Slovaks, Slovenians.

Not really. It's because the UK contains a lot of racists, and a lot of people who were explicitly mislead by a dishonest Leave campaign.

I don't care. This has no relation to the topic of discussion, which is why what this minister said was bad and is deserving of condemnation.
I have listened to the minister's speech. He basically said: "we should boost Italy's birth rate, by telling Italians to have children, instead of importing migrants".
Also because it's logic, since these migrants won't solve the low birth issue.
And then he added: "we cannot surrender to the idea of the ethnic replacement".

I've noticed Americans toss the word
" fascist" about with gay abandon.
Perhaps you could say what is fascist
in this case, so I can see the thought behind
the name calling.
And in general I'd say it's best not to assume

Do not get me started on them!
Lots of our ministers say lots of abhorrent things all the time.
Sometimes, they are forced to step down but, lamentably, only to be replaced by someone else with pretty much the same standpoints.
They’ve outsourced our asylum policy which frankly, is disgusting, but the worst is their rhetoric and the effect it has on how our citizens view each other.
It suits them really; the government: that their people should be occupied monitoring and reporting on each other, as opposed to keeping a closer eye on the insanities in government itself.
Perhaps anarchy is soon our only chance.

Welll...what did he say wrong?
The kind of rhetoric he was using is reminiscent of "white replacement theory" which was the motive behind the Buffalo shooting. Such ideas produce fear which can lead to violence.
