Um using the bible scripture as proof isn't proof.
What do you want, then? There is no proof.

What if he came and went already? How do you know? If an individual was claiming to be christ, what would he have to do to convince you he was and that this was his second coming? What do you want, then? There is no proof.

The christians are the only one's that think he's going to return.Haha what if he came and went? I don't think there's any Christian sect that teaches that he's going to just show up quietly and leave again.

How do you know? What if the Holocaust was the taking of god's people? Not trying to make light of the Holocaust here, but who is to say that wasn't the event?I think you missed my point. Yeah we believe he will return. But not for like 5 minutes on some desert island. It's not like he will come real quick and we'll miss it and life will go on business as usual.

That would be true if it was used. However if someone claimed to be of virgin birth today and that their father was god, what would common sense tell you? To check and see if this person fulfills scripture? Or check how many mental institutions they've been in?Common sense.
If jesus preached today, and said what was written in the bible, he would probably be committed. So it could be possible that jesus is in a mental institution right now.Huh. Maybe you're right. Maybe I don't have the mental ability that will be required to recognize Jesus. I hope someone with better sense tips me off when he arrives.

But it could be. No one knows the time of the second coming, so there is always a possibility. Not that I believe it, but logically jesus would be considered insane today if he spoke like he spoke back in that time.I consider that highly unlikely.

What miracles are supposed to happen upon his return?Well sure, if he came as a regular dude, and not in his Glory.
Anything can be "fitted" to fulfill prophecy. Nostradamus followers do it all the time. Apparently all the signs are presently (and in the past) going on right now, so why couldn't he be here in a mental institution?Arrite. This is un-tittilating. Read your bible. Doesn't matter how you interpret it. It's a starting point.
