1 Peter 1:3-4 3 Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! In his great mercy he has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, 4 and into an inheritance that can never perish, spoil or fade. This inheritance is kept in heaven for you,
They are acknowledging God the Almighty as the Father of Jesus. It is very clear Jesus is not the Father. They call God the Almighty the God of Jesus too.
The OP asked, “Jesus is God the Father?”

READ AND UNDERSTAND:

Heb 1:8 But about the Son he/GOD says, “Your throne, O God, will last for ever and ever, and righteousness will be the scepter of your kingdom.

God/Father called His Son “God”, “Your throne, O God”

2Pe 1:1 Simon Peter, a servant and apostle of Jesus Christ, To those who through the righteousness of our God and Savior Jesus Christ have received a faith as precious as ours:

The Lord Jesus Christ is the Son of God and for this very simple reason, as the Son of God, the God/Father Himself called Him God.

IOW, He/Jesus cannot be less than God the Father Himself ‘cause He is God, the Son of God.

John 10:30 "I and the Father are ONE"

We may never understand these things with our finite mind, but time will come when everything will be seen as it is, and that is, God/Father, God/Son, and the Holy Spirit are one being.

Deuteronomy 6:4 "Jehovah our Elohim is one Jehovah" the word “Elohim” being plural shows that God the Lord, is more than one, yet is "ONE Jehovah". Echad: a united ONE.
