Just to stir the pudding...

Twilight Hue

Twilight, not bright nor dark, good nor bad.
As the saying goes, "There's always two sides to a story".

It's still heartbreaking to see stuff like this. I really wish Honduras authorities will eventually get their act together and people won't have a reason to run away in the first place.

What? Me worry?
Come on man... I came in here expecting pudding and I have yet to find any.

Anyway, I am fully expecting the media to take the liberties they always do to sell copies/get eyes on their advertisers. Although I think Time will have some egg on their face with this one.

This came from CBS News which is no friend of Trump, and would you like chocolate or coconut?

It's no longer about reporting facts. It's about trying to go viral on the internet. This is for both sides. I don't really know why folks trust any of this anymore.

Problem is one side took this false narrative (ala the picture) to emotionally incite an entire country against those that wanted a little information.

If Fox News did this, it would be "Fox Lies!".
If Time does this it's "take the liberties".

At least people know now that Time is untrustworthy and has degraded into a sensationalistic tabloid rag like so many others have. I don't consider it a journalistic source anymore.

How the mighty have fallen.

Assuming the crying girl is the sole reason for the backlash would be dishonest. [Edited]. Not saying you are either...

But let me be honest with you, sure, the picture of the crying girl did help on the emotional front.

Ask yourself though, why have conservatives been losing on the emotional front lately? Are you going to blame human beings for being human beings.

Go ahead and blame the media for your losses but that's like crying over spilled milk.

Trump's in politics not a game of jeopardy. His hard stance and zero tolerance are failing him. Can't blame anyone else but himself.

Reuniting the kids/parents is easy to doo--

All that needs to be done to re-unite the kids with their parents is DNA mapping.
Create a data base with the DNA of each child and then match this with parents who claim their child has been abducted.

Anyone here agree or not?

If not why not-?

Btw: 1,200+ children were seperated. Still, it's nice that you found 4-5 that were not seperated

It needn't be true.
It need only feel true for the intended receptive audience.
That is a low bar indeed.

But regardless of that photo, we still had leads of medical groups particularly of pediatricians opining on the welfare of those children.

What more do we need here?

Yes, this photo was misleading. It was a sham. That proves nothing over the actual conditions of the camp. It just proves something completely different altogether.

Again, some here want to focus on politics as opposed to the real conditions of the children.
