Lack of belief in gods.

You're taking life for granted. Belief means nothing when using it to support your argument. You need facts. Self-realization is not taking life for granted. If you didn't have an afterlife, you would not be dead. You'd just have to learn to awaken that there is such a thing as a happy life regardless the amount of time we have living. Appreciate the now.

If live is dead without the afterlife, then without the afterlife, you would find no reason to live. I don't know what you'd do without the afterlife, but many people take life for granted when they have no purpose, destination, and/or origin. Some go crazy.

I rather think most people find reasons to live apart from the afterlife, like the here and now. They take life for granted, but it's not for lack of purpose.

Many people equate lack of afterlife with lack of purpose. Taking life for granted is not really appreciating the here and now but kind of giving up because they feel they have no purpose to live.

We all make our own "purpose." My family is my purpose.

"You can say 'Gee, your life must be pretty bleak if you don't think there's a purpose' but I'm anticipating a good lunch." ~ James Dewey Watson, Nobel prize as co-discoverer of the structure of the molecule of heredity, the DNA molecule.

From you? I've read back quite a long way and seen nothing like proof - proof of what? If you want to point me at a post - feel free.
i said.... proof read......

apparently you did not

there is no proof God
no photo, no fingerprint, no equation and no repeatable experiment

this thread is about lack of belief

that you cannot follow the scheme of belief only affirms.....
non-believers......can't follow

I would enjoy a conversation and tried earlier to have one with you. But after a few rounds where your replies were repetitive gibberish, I moved on. Now I just check in on occasion for a laugh.
