Umm... The current team isn't the greatest they've fielded. But they weren't a 3-0 loosing team. I think the Czechs just had a great day at the office and Donovan could inspire like he normally does. Lots to work on though. If the US play Brazil or Argentina (my pick to win) then they are in for a beating of note.

Yeah! I was asleep... stupid middle of the night soccer! (well it was probably 7am... but it's my day off c'mon!!!)

I think the ref who called the Brazil Aus. game should never ref again too. It was ridiculous! Both teams are incredibly physical but Aus had 28 or so penalties against them and brazil only had 10 or less... talk about having the judicials in your back pocket!

yeah we get left out when it comes to soccer. It's middle of the night or nothing usually the last games are at 7am (when everyone's getting ready for work) and the first usually start around 1.30am (when everyone's in bed, getting ready for work). Oh well. I'm taking some leave for the Semis already booked my leave.
