I'm hoping state legalized cannabis sets a precedence should this happen.
Until the SCOTUS go 6-3 and overturn that precedent too.

They don't have to. It's already illegal at the federal level, meaning it is still technically illegal at the state level.

Children are incapable of making any irreversible and life-altering decisions.
This is why we do not allow them to smoke, drink, drive or enter into contracts.
Allowing them to "transition" is child abuse.

This is not the same. Choosing not to undergo transition will also be a case of making "irreversible and life-altering decisions". Puberty is a real thing.
