As long as I can emerge to fight the good fight.
No need for us to do that. Our state is bluer than blue. We only need to worry if the Republicans gain national control.Alabama cites Roe decision in urging court to let state ban trans health care

I'm hoping state legalized cannabis sets a precedence should this happen. No need for us to do that. Our state is bluer than blue. We only need to worry if the Republicans gain national control.

They don't have to. It's already illegal at the federal level, meaning it is still technically illegal at the state level.Until the SCOTUS go 6-3 and overturn that precedent too.
The U.S. government is just in chaos at this point.

Transitioning children is child abuse.
Good gods, the Constitution says nothing of bacon or tea or old machines or stabbing people! Those might be next! The "deeply rooted" argument cannot simply
look at the whole duration of the country, &
require that a right have existed for such time.
Otherwise the 9th Amendment would have
no meaning. It must consider how rooted the
right to transition is since the inception of the
technology to enable it.
Transitioning children is child abuse.

Children are incapable of making any irreversible and life-altering decisions.
This is not the same. Choosing not to undergo transition will also be a case of making "irreversible and life-altering decisions". Puberty is a real thing.Children are incapable of making any irreversible and life-altering decisions.
This is why we do not allow them to smoke, drink, drive or enter into contracts.
Allowing them to "transition" is child abuse.

While the actual grown-ups protect children from abuse.
