Sure it does.

A person offering no defense against allegations of abuse?

Absence of evidence isn't evidence of absence.

Just because I'm not debating you specifically means nothing to the overall discussion.

Really? Where?

Plenty may have been an overstatement. But you could always look at post #21. Otherwise. Plenty of other people here to talk to here.

And why is that?

You come off as the type of person unwilling to hold an actual discussion.

What's it matter to you one way or the other?

Not biases - reality. It is based on reality.

Our subjective perception of ourselves does not always line up with reality.

The sooner we help people realize that - the better for them.

All we have is subjectivity, everything we see think and percieve is only in our heads. The sooner we all realize that and stop trying to control others, the better for them and us.

Edit: "Of course it is happening inside your head.... but why on earth should that mean that it is not real?" -JK Rowling

The reality is that there are people in the world who identify as the opposite gender that they present as. That's reality.
You seem to want to deny this reality and just tell them they're wrong, based on how you feel about it.
I don't understand why some people are so hung up on this issue. What's so terrible about just calling somebody what they want to be called and getting on with your life? I don't follow you around all day telling you that they way you feel about yourself is wrong and bad.

I did. And thanks for confirming what I said. Cancer and mental illness are both something we should respond to by correcting the issue, not encouraging it.
I guess you've forgotten that you just said "That's backwards. You should assume nature got it right... not the fallible human mind."

So when nature gives cancer to children, we should assume nature "got it right."
So when nature gives a person a mental illness, we should assume nature "got it right."

But now you've contradicted yourself so who knows what you're trying to say.
