Continuing my foray into anime....

The Girl Who Leapt Through Time. Lovely movie.

Memories, a collection of three films actually. I only really liked the first one myself but worth watching the whole thing, I think.

For anyone interested, the director of the first movie contributed a part of the Animatrix, and the director of the other two movies also directed Akira.

I wish there was a movie about the sexual conflict between cate beckinsale, christina aguilera and the maid behind the bar where I play on wed nights. I'd buy the uncensored DVD.

Saw [REC] a while back, was awesome. Watching [REC]2 right now and it seems promising so far, tackling the same premise from a different angle.

Edit: damn, when it goes into first person view the action can be damn intense.

Recently Inglorious Basterds.

I thought it was funny as hell but most of my family took the war and the violence portrayed on the prisoners seriously as if it was justifying the shockable acts.

Well you know Quentin Tarantino, a man who loves to stir things up with some black comedy.

They're both really scary films. The American remake of REC is good too. Then again it should be-it's almost a frame by frame remake of the Spanish original.

Saw IM 2. Mediocre, but still way too cool than it deserved to be. And the end...!
Mjölnir!

Thinking of checking it out tonight. I think [REC]2 tried to explain things a bit too much, but I like how it gets right to the action, complete with enough minor changes in the scenery to tell that something horrible went on in the few minutes passed.
