I saw that vagina dentata movie "Teeth" last night. It wasn't really what I had expected - I actually kind of liked it.
It's been saved (upon release) in my Netflix queue. If you enjoyed Teeth, you should check out two older (but similiar) inspiring films, Chatterbox and P**** Talk.

We saw Forgetting Sarah Marshall this weekend. It was very funny. Not quite as good as 40 Year-old Virgin, but better than Judd Apatow's other two recent movies, Superbad and Knocked Up.

it *was* pretty darn funny. kind of depressing at times, but funny. loved the stupid self-absorbed rock star character.

Yeah, he was great. Paul Rudd's surfing instructor character was funny, too.

Did you not like "Superbad" and "Knocked Up", or did you just think this was better?

My wife and I love Paul Rudd. I haven't seen this one yet, but in the others and in everything else he does, he is brilliant.

Deliver Us From Evil

This unsettling Oscar-nominated documentary from filmmaker Amy Berg investigates the life of 30-year pedophile Father Oliver O'Grady and exposes the corruption inside the Catholic Church that allowed him to abuse countless children. A mix of victim stories and a disturbing interview with O'Grady provides a view into the troubled mind of the spiritual leader who moved from parish to parish gaining the trust of congregations ... all the while betraying so many.

I liked them both. I just think the new movie was better.

I mean, who wouldn't like McLovin' . . . ?

OK, the way you said it sounded like you didn't like them at all. My respect for you remains intact. (Despite your Hoffism)

Thursday 4:40pm showing.

I didn't have popcorn because we ate before the movie
so I can't say that the popcorn was good this time.
Actually, the movie was good. It was interesting.
It could have had more action, but it was still good.
I might see it again with my friend since she was not
able to see it with us. I wouldn't mind seeing it again.

"The Savages".

Great movie. A brother and sister overcoming their own personal lives dealing with their estranged father and his mental faculties in putting him in assisted living.

Humurous and touching at the same time.

I just watched "I'm Not There". Brilliant movie, and a brilliant style of biography. After seeing it I feel I know Bob Dylan, and that I'll never really know him.
