It is rather the point of Diversity, bringing diverse inputs to a problem avoids locked in thinking and is more productive. It is well recognized in team management etc. Of course some people only want to see classically nordic features in their advertisements.

MSN was saying that Harris had enough delegates to win and that if she wins she will be the first woman, African American woman, and Asian Indian woman to hold the office of President, and she is already the first woman, African American, and Asian Indian to be the vice president. Checked their reliability per Ad Fontes ~26 out of 64, actually less reliable than Fox or MSNBC. IE, beware, just because they brought it to you does not mean it is accurate, or even news from what I have seen.
