My goal is to make a coffee that can actually raise the awareness of individuals and create world harmony. I am not sure coffee beans have the right stuff to do that. So far they just make people irate.

My coffee is so strong you wouldn't be able to detect sugar or cream in it. You obviously cannot claim the same thing.

I'm dropping in late, but I like Greek/Turkish coffee...basically mud.
But it needs either sugar, or (preferably) a side plate of sweets...Baklava and the like.

I find mud.....literally .....in the bottom of my cup
it's because I use only a tea ball for straining as I pour it into my thermos

I have thought to put my finger to it and then go for a taste.....but....
