Naked pictures of your wife/girlfriend

We Never Know

No Slack
I've been married twice and have had plenty girlfriends throughout my life.

I never took pictures of them naked because the only picture(s) I needed were in my mind.

With that said I had a friend show me naked pictures of his current girlfriend he has on his cell phone(had this has happened several times with different people and even of their wife).

My question... if you took pictures of them, why would you show your buddies? To me that's disrespectful and degrading to the woman, maybe even broke her trust of you.

Edit...
Let me add... They always say you can't tell.
So in reality they know its wrong

I've never taken naked pictures of my wife and no one has ever offered to show me naked pictures of their significant other. I guess I lead a dull life

It's probably the same reason lots of young guys show each other the porn they have: it's something to bond over, to them. It could also be that the men who show each other nude pics of their wives are doing it to brag about their wives being hot.

I would most likely lose my trust of anyone who did such a thing. I agree it's disrespectful and encroaches on the women's privacy. It's also a violation of their trust in the person who has the photos.

Taking naked pictures of your spouse for your persual, is not a big deal in my opinion. But to show them to others is a sign of disrespect, unless done with their permission.

But, I wouldn't turn down looking at a nude photo if offered.

If she send me nude photos they would never be shown to anyone.

I have taken photos of several women, some ex girlfriends, some just friends. Some I don't have permission to show and I won't. Some are allowed to share. They are usually products of photo sessions with the intent to take artful nude pictures, not just memories.

I've sent nudes to folk. I would be pissed if they showed them to someone else without my consent.

And if someone tried to show me a photo of someone without their consent I wouldnt want to see it. And I would want to warn the person who sent said photos to the person who showed me.

I used to hang out with a guy who would show me polaroid nudes of his girlfriends. He's not really a good person, and he still doesn't treat his SOs/current spouse well, and he doesn't really respect them.

Fixed it.
I agree with both you and Hammer. Even if you married it aint the spouse's body. The husband or wife they may choose to have their bodies only be seen and played with by each other. But that person in the relationship is not owned by anyone. It's still their body.

We really do need to snip out ideas of ownership and posession of another human in all ways we can. Even married neither person belongs to their spouse.
