Many Trump supporters will remember gas prices during the pandemic. Well guess what happened? All around the world people were not driving. There was a glut on the oil market and gas prices fell precipitously.

Ooh! That may be a way to get them to consider electric cars. If everyone is driving them there will be more gas for the diehards.

Yeah. Gas prices are weird. The President can't really do much, especially since much of it comes from other countries or when a wanker like Putin misbehaves and prices skyrocket. But yes. Fair is fair.

Yeah. That did happen. Then they hit painful highs. Again due to things beyond thr President's control, but as has been pointed out fair is fair.
