Um...the lunar impact has been months in the making. They announced that that was one of LCROSS's mission objectives before it even launched earlier in the year.

Now that he has won the award and is a proven peaceful guy, I think he would conclude that anything like declining it would seem provocative and unpeaceful!

Obama better get my MAP grant back, or I'm going to hate him forever. So far I haven't formed an opinion of him really, but he can either get my MAP grant back, or let the college steal it from me. This is his time to shine. That is $2000 that I was counting on having... He has the power to tax stuff and get our MAP grants back... I needs that monies...

It's college monies I get for being poor... But in Illinois, they want to take it away.
Obama said he is considering taxing cigarettes to make up the money that the state doesn't have. I hope he does, because people need to be more considerate of the poor people... Some people need that money to pay rent and stuff. I just need it for car insurance, gas, and hopefully a study abroad... but lots and lots of people are going to be screwed if they take away our MAP grants. College shouldn't just be for rich people. That's not fair at all.
