I wouldn't use the sun to wipe my *** with so did a little research, there is very little on the story, just a couple of news stations that wouldn't allow access to europeans.

Not exactly. It doesn't seem like a racist crime in the motus operendi. A racist cop would have shot a black man outside of duty or, if on duty, would have made him look like a "dangerous" suspect. The whole kidnapping part of a perfectly innocent man makes it seems non-race related or if it is it's weird.
PS: I thouht the cop was white. Nice to know otherwise.

What is this "designed narrative"? That it refuses to report selectively, avoiding coverage that conservatives would consider unfavorable?

Many of our leftish friends are in denial about the
media making race an issue only when it's a white
cop shooting a black victim. Blacks killing blacks,
& whites killing whites won't register in the news.
Point out their mischievous agenda...& that will get
one accused of having an agenda.

When news items feature details of the event,
complete with pictures, names, locations, times,
etc. There's a good likelihood that even suspect
sources will get the basics right.
In such cases, it pays to search for corroboration
before dismissing it as fake news. And there are
times that mainstream media will refuse to report
things that counter their agenda. The Clinton &
Lewinsky scandal is one such event....only The
Drudge Report was willing to broach it.

The fact that you are objectively wrong and when presented with evidence of it, you refuse to read (cause it's too long) is extremely ironic.
There is tons of materials and best seller books on non-racial crimes.
In fact, the fact that the media talk about police brutality and racial crime is a fairly new trend. They used to excuse it or ignore it in the past.

I did. You refuse to read then asked for a resumé. You critiqued the resumé and refused to read my rebuttle and read the original (which would have cleared your confusion) because that's the type of man you are. The type who ask for evidence and doesn't read it; doesn't read rebuttle and then accuse the media of bein biased and presenting only one side of the story. If that's not hypocrisy then it simply doesn't exist.
In the meantime, your position is based on unmentionned talks of you reading and watching the news (which you call biased). So I guess that makes you reasonnable and rational.
They never deserved your respect.
