Difficult to say for black cops on whites since black people aren't that numerous and underepresented in the police force. I can't recall this happening even thouh it certainly did at some point. I think the story of that Montana woman shot b the cops she called was the last time such a story broke. It made the covers of national newspapers and international ones too. The cop was punished fortunately.

Black cops shooting blacks and white cops shooting whites are about equally reported and both inscribe themselves in the long history of racist violence in the US. Though the former is much less reported than the later because it happens much more rarelly.

Note that only a minority of police shootings are reported, those that look suspicious or unjust else you would see about four different ones a day since cops kill about 1200 Americans every year.
