Some people would say there are no respected scholars in the Salafist movement, for God's sake he was banned from Saudi Arabia for making fatwas he had no authority to make, yet you quote his fatwas as representative of Islam, give me a break.

Unless you didn't know, Salafists are an extremist right wing fundamentalist Islamic group that are criticized for backing AL Qaeda and ISIS. And you trust their sources????

The Salafi movement may be unpopular among non-Muslims, but that does not meant that it is unpopular among Muslims. As far as I know, the founder of IslamQ&A has not been expelled from Saudi Arabia. His website has been banned in Saudi Arabia, though. However, his website is still the most popular Islamic website in the world. Moreover, Al-Munajjid has 820 thousand followers on Twitter. Bear in mind that this guy supports killing those who insult Muhammad, killing homosexuals, owning sex slaves, etc.

Bump for a reason....
I read this article moments ago, and though the blogger uses vulgarity, I can understand his frustration all too well. I also note it because all I seem to be able to see on the news for the last few days is Apple resisting the US government's order to hack their own security codes, and I've been wondering how it all started. Clearly I had not followed enough of the San Bernardino story.
