Propaganda: Why it is necessary for Islam

The verse states "whosoever is in the Heavens and the Earth". That would include Iblis. In fact - that would include 'everyone'.

Quote:
Since there are many unbelievers - the contradiction is clear. 'all' are not obedient to Allah.

Response: Perhaps you and everyone you know. But I for one and I'm sure many others here also, are not in the earth or heavens. My house is on the ground "outside" the earth, not "in" the earth. But if for someone reason you actually chose to live "in" the earth, and you for whatever reason see everyone else in the earth with you, well, than I guess in your mind there is a contridiction. When I usually dig up the earth, I see rodents and other insects, I never saw you.

Quote: Judgement
Not correct. If you change your mind - Allah will not forgive. Contradiction
is clear.

4:137Those who believe, then disbelieve and then (again) believe, then disbelieve, and then increase in disbelief, Allah will never pardon them.

Response: O.K. I think I see the problem here. The problem is that you don't know what the word "contridiction" means. If a verse says "Allah never fogives unless you repent" and another verse says "Allah never forgives EVEN if you repent" is an example of a contridiction. There's the difference. Even the verse you quoted gave a condition. That condition was disbelief. If you disbelieve, you will not be forgiven. The verse you quoted that is supposed to contridict it does not speak of disbelievers, therefore, it can't be contridicting.

Quote: Judgement
You gave no rebuttal here ? One verse states he could have a son - and one does not.
The contradiction is looking back at you.

Response: Yes. This statement alone shows that you have no idea what the word "contridiction" means.

So then - when it says that "All are obedient unto him".. he is not speaking about Mankind ?

Allah is all forgiving if you repent - but - if you repent then disbelieve again... then repent and then disbelieve.. and then repent again Allah will not forgive. It sounds as if you change your mind - Allah stops forgiving. Meaning Allah is not 'All Forgiving":
Response: Yes. This statement alone shows that you have no idea what the word "contridiction" means.

Still no rebuttal.

One verse says that Allah could have a Son - the other verse says he can not. Which one is it ?

can i see those verses.

39:4
If Allah had willed to choose a son, He could have chosen what He would of that which He hath created.

6:100-1Yet they ... impute falsely, without knowledge, sons and daughters unto Him. ... The Originator of the heavens and the earth! How can He have a child?

you actually think they contradict each other?

in the first verse Allah, says "IF i wanted a son i would have one"

in the second he says, "how can they say i have a son, when i don't" so how do they contradict exactly?

You have very little understanding of words.

i know, i didn't let it. you kept on saying that he must be punished or something, to diverge the main point away.

You do not think very clearly.

But.. I will change the topic now. In a previous discussion you said that 'All' black animals are evil and should be killed. You never responed back to my last question.

Have all of the black cats and dogs and horses been killed in your country ?

Response: In that verse, no.

Response: Now you've reduced your argument to putting your own words and meaning to the text. Allah forgives depending on certain conditions. The primary condition is to first believe. So in that condition, he is "All Forgivig".

Still no rebuttal.

Response: Now your argument has changed. In the previous post you said that the verses contridict because one verse says he could have a son and the other doesn't say that. Now you say it's because one verse says he could have a son while the other says he "can not". So not only are you not consistant but you don't even understand the verse you quoted. Show me where it says that Allah "can not" have a son?

Your interpretation is not correct. The word 'whosoever' is referring to people - to mankind.

If Allah only forgives under certain conditions - then - Allah is 'not' all forgiving.

Another who says my argument has changed. It has never changed. The second verse is clearly stating he can not have a child. The first that he can.

39:4
If Allah had willed to choose a son, He could have chosen what He would of that which He hath created.

You have very little understanding of words.

I think it is you unfortunately who don't understand those simple statements.

The first verse is talking about God's will, God CAN have a son or anything if He wanted, but He did not. Because God is one, He does not (notice not He cannot, there is nothing He cannot do) have a son or a daughter, God does not become human and does not have a family.

The second verse is talking about Christians accusation that God has a son. How can He has a son when He is the God? Ok let's explain it further. How can a person think God has a son? When God is not a human, when God is not like us, when God is perfect and humans are not. If He has a son, then maybe He has a father as well!

The two verses talk about different things. The bottom line is that God CAN have whatever He wills, but He does not have a son (does not beget or begotten).

If that is the case ProudOne, could God create a rock so large that even He could not move it? Good luck answering that one. ;)

So you say God can do anything - including - have a son if he so wished.

But then you say - He can not have a Son ?

That means you are saying - God can not do anything. Are you not ? You are placing limitations on God ?

I hope the Muslims read this carefully. The implications are fairly obvious.

I mean no ill will to my Muslim Brothers and Sisters - but - The comprehension may just not be there.

A system of thought that brainwashes it's adherents in such a way - leads them to believe in perfection that others can see is not there.

They accept a certain set of beliefs uncritically.

They are not allowed to look at their beliefs objectively. A veil has been placed over their minds.

You must believe everything Allah and his messengers tell you. Those who don't are disbelievers and will face a painful doom. 4:150-151

Umm no, there is nothing greater than Him.

But from your (you and other athiests) questions i am getting to see how you percieve 'God'. You really need to take the "human" part of it and remember He is the Creator, that we and Him are incomparable, at least to understand our replies.
