If it has no use and needs to be removed for health reasons then this is a very poor design. HIV can be easily contracted with or without a foreskin, having it removed has nothing to do with contracting HIV.

there have been cases when grown men had a circumcision. they didn't have it removed at childhood. most parents remove it at childhood from their child so that they do not remember it. most people would get frightened at a grown up age to go and get circumcised.

I don't know, probably because we need nails to grab and tear things more effectively and since nails break, get damaged or simply get overused, it's probably better to have nails that "grow back". That question could be directed to you as well. It's no good simply asserting that "humans are a perfect creation" - therefore the appendix must have a reason for being there and if it's so f'd up we have to remove it, that's part of the perfect creation as well. there was a pig factory in one of the states of Australia, 400 workers were taken to hospital, the pigs were sick and they still kept saying the meat is fine continue to eat it even though 400 workers were hospitilised
