Religious bigotry is not part of Shinto.

I would like to apologize to Muslims, Jews, and Christians.

Jesus, Mary, Muhammad, Aisha, and Fatima, and deceased Christians, Jews, and Muslims, are Kami I pray to and for , and they have my blessings.

I will not please the Kami by insulting other Religions or their founders or followers. Sorry. :(

There's no point in us discussing this if you're not going to read my posts. You didn't even address what I said about "intrinsic violence" - I disproved your theory but you made no effort to meaningful engage in it.

Go back and read. Thank you.

I simply disagree.

Torture as punishment for sin and tossing people into a lake of fire I feel is intrinsic to Christianity because it is in the New Testament.

Violence and torture and calls to violence, I feel is intrinsic to Islam, because it is contained in a holy text believed to be inspired by Allah, and the practice of the founder.

We will have to agree to disagree , because I believe in God, Jesus, Mary, Moses, Muhammad, Fatima, all being Kami I pray to, even though I dislike some of their behaviors.

I pray to Jewish victims of the Holocaust, Muslim Kami, and Christian Kami.

Jesus is Kami to me as well.

I cannot continue disrespecting Kami I pray to, because it won't bear good fruit or grace in my life.

I disagree with some Kami, and God of Abraham, but I can't keep disrespecting a God I depend on for grace.

I encourage people to follow their conscience over a sacred ancient text, which is why I promote Shinto, which also has no known founder to argue over his/her teachings.

I also like how the highest Kami in Shinto is not the creator and is female.

But I want Shinto as I practice it, to be in an Alliance with other Religions.

So, I feel Kami telling me to stop insulting God.

God bless! :)

They all have pieces of wisdom and some truth.

I hope they are containing some errors , because I don't want people tossed into a lake of fire.

I wouldn't do that to someone, and I believe God has a responsibility to prove to his Angels and followers that he is more loving, kind , and merciful than I.

They could be cults to control the masses as you say.

I'm concerned that billions of people believe the Quran and Bible is without error. It sounds very disturbing, disconcerting, and depressing to me. :(
I believe the Bible is without error.

But that doesn’t mean there aren’t mistranslations, and even much more, gross misinterpretation. Nearly all of Christianity is seriously misinterpreting the Bible, imo.
But who am I? I know nothing and I’m aware that I know nothing.

Do not worry. God sends no one into a lake of fire, nor hell. Christian falsities, those are.

imo

;)

May I ask you a question? I can promise you on this particular thread I will not refute your answer. I just would like to see your response for my knowledge alone. If you have time.

In two different accounts of Jesus's crucifixion, two different gospels record two different times.

How do you reconcile that in order to stay with the belief that "the bible is without error"?
