About what? That your statement was a weak generalisation? A cheap shot? Or perhaps regarding the obligation we have to support and justify the propositions we make if we are to be responsible?

I'm not going to research religions just to prove myself even more right. Christianity is a shining example, you can thank good old Emperor Constantine for that. Islam is another, thankyou Mohammed. Special considerations are that a religion deserves respect when they don't. People within them do, but not the religion themselves.

Disagree, give me a reason to believe religion is actually some kind of divine intervention. BTW im referring to the main 2, Islam and Christianity. You could argue every different faith in the world but these two have the biggest impact on our lives.

They are destroying themselves. The fewer pregnancies a woman has - the greater the risk for cancer ( from the American Cancer Society website ).

The teaching in the hebrew Bible ( Tanakh ), the Quran, and the New Testament are the same. You have to work around the translation problems and have some good dictionaries at hand.

Anyhow, that's a terribly frightening thought to think that most of Russia will be Muslim, since Islam is a bad religion, and well, their faith teaches them to hate Americans. I liked Russia much better when they were largely Atheists. They were still hostile toward us but they were never as much an imminent threat as they are if they were Muslim.

Not only Russia but Europe too. It is scary. My family would not be allowed to excist under muslim law and in most muslim countries I would be killed or thrown to prison. I have all ready experienced IRL threads and I often wonder to what kind of world I have made children to. Where there will be any democratic,equal country left in 100 years if this continues.

And PLEASE do not throw me some religious quotes - they mean absolutely nothing in real life. Only what is reality matters.

And the reality is at the moment that minorities suffer under muslim laws. No matter if that minority is based on religion or ethnity or sexual or gender oriantation.

Read human rights reports. I do not ask anyone to read crazy rightwingscary sites.

I am talking about human rights organisations.

Actions speak louder than words.

I do read human rights reports. Often. Until now I had never considered that human rights occur so frequently under the supervision of white, Christian males. I am truly terrified since I happen to live in a society where these chronic abusers have already taken over!

This is anti-Muslim bigotry and hysteria.

That's is so bogus, I. Was born in Russia, I was born I caucas russia, the muslim part of it, and I can tell you one thing for sure, its never going to happen, I have no idea where they get those stats. Russians have mixed with jews and tatars so much that major cities and there is only few of them were always pro russian, and forget about the rest of the country, if you are a muslim or a jew its not always save to travel to most other cities, they hate you there and they will tell it in the face.

What concerns big cities like Moscow it has all the nationalities but half of the muslims there are not muslims, they are jews from caucus, they just have similiar names. Just like jews here in America have american names.

Bullsh*t! White Russians are oppressed by muslims (especially by Chechens) from the Caucasus. If you're from Russia you surely know it.

Some would count Turkey as European. And Mediterranean people (Portuguese, Spanish, Italians, Greeks) are not really "White", though sometimes they are considered to be. I think a more apt term would be 'Nordic'.

"Nordic" means blond people with blue eyes. Not every white looks like that. We call black people "African-American" but there are not only blacks in Africa (Egyptians for instance). So we could call white people "European" and that should mean only white people. By the way Turks are not Europeans and not white.

Caucasian refers to North Africa and the Middle East as well, not just Europe. But "White" is more restricted to Europe.

But yes, those cultures are all alike, anyways, because of a long history of intermingling.
