Is this really an appropriate thread for a thirteen year old to be reading?
LOL! Seriously, though: Of course it is.

Hey, if the robot is specifically programed to know exactly how to get me off, that's more than I can say for a lot of the guys I've been with, so bring him on!
What you bring up is quite interesting - we have only been considering this robot for males, but I am certain that it could work just as well for females.
Funny, the first thing I thought of was male robot sex slaves. I didn't even consider them for guys... oddly enough.

With the way some of the male people on here were talking, did you think they were homosexuals?
Although this topic is not really fit for a religious forum, there already are robots for females, and if you're interested google will provide a cornucopia of videos demonstrating it.

Why do you think so?
IMO, sex with a robot would be no different than sex with a blow up doll, except more interactive.
BLOW UP DOLL? UH!!!
I think that what we are really talking about is the silicon equivalent of a male person, and you are right, this does not seem appropriate for a religious forum.
If you don't know about that, I really do not think you should be on here.
Well, the forum is science vs. religion, and this does deal with the moralities of sex vs. the technologies that enhance (perhaps?) it.
Perhaps it is more appropriate for the eros forum.
I thought that at first, but I don't think we're getting too far into eros-worthy material yet.
I mean, the OP makes a valid point. If a man or woman were to have sex with a robot while they're in a marriage, would it be adultery?
Yes but therein lies the rub.Hey, if the robot is specifically programed to know exactly how to get me off,
