Hello everyone!

I am still around, although more like a ghostly figure as dont come on here very often any more! (not sure why....I will do my best to come on! I think it is because you all are so intelligent and I am not very good at debates! )

Anyway thought I would update you and say I have now lost 70lbs!!! Wooohoooo! I feel so much better for it!
