I really like how accessible media is with the new software. However, I would prefer to look at member's pictures when the urge strikes. Is there a way to turn off the media alerts?

M'kay. Noticed a new issue. Somehow I'm not seeing images that users include in their posts.
When I look at this thread here, I see no images within user's posts at all. When I quoted Riverwolf's post #138, all of a sudden I see this image in my quote box that I had no idea was even in Riverwolf's post. And maybe it isn't, because I don't see it there even now. What I see in the quote box is an image of some goof from the History channel talking about aliens. Are others actually seeing this image? Because I'm not, and I only saw it when I quoted the post and started a reply. Which is really, really odd.

That's the image I posted.
The backstory being that everything done in the past by our ancestors was with the assistance of aliens, or the aliens did it themselves for us.
Quintessence, I'm not 100% sure, but I think you are ok. It is possible either Thorbjorn or Riverwolf edited their posts during your reply.
