Or finally taking a chance on a small business they've dreamed of.Some people only work to get healthcare.
Many who work get insurance through their job.
A few years ago I read where over 50% of Americans get their insurance through an employer.
If health care is free I could see some people quitting work.
Every nation on the planet that has universal health care has had find a way to put a stop to medical price gouging. But the mere mention of such a thing in the U.S. is absolute sacrilege! Any politician that would dare even mention the idea of price caps would be immediately cut off from the corporate bribery train and would be slandered mercilessly in the corporate owned press. And maybe even murdered if he/she still would still not shut up about it. Corporate profits are the untouchable third rail of politics AND the media in the U.S. And the oligarchs controlling these corporate conglomerates have a very long and powerful reach.Great Briton has universal health care and lower taxes than the United States
Yes some may try that tooOr finally taking a chance on a small business they've dreamed of.
If you want all that info have at it.Now since you know what you are talking about, it should be no problem for you to find the price for health as an average for a person for the USA and a country in the Western world. Likewise with the cost an avarage person pay for health care taxes, insurence, co-pay and so on for the USA and the same other country.
If you want all that info have at it.

Walz isn't being criticized for not having served in a war. He is being criticized for is claiming he served in war despite that he has not. Asking a candidate for Vice President not to fabricate things isn't a nitpick. What is weird is people that don't care. That doesn't make a necessarily good soldier or leader. What a silly thing to pick at. Like they've got nothing else.
Weird.
No, it's the truth. An inconvenient truth that you want to deny. Tell it to the Washington Post. This is just a horrible lie. Why are you presenting this filth as fact?
If he served during a time of war he is considered to have served in war whether or not he "saw combat". You are nitpicking at nothing.Walz isn't being criticized for not having served in a war. And what? Why was the text changed? And?
It isn't ONLY that, as I have already posted. It is part of a larger agenda of Gov. Walz to push for trans grooming among minor school students.Whoa, what? We're talking about tampons in school bathrooms, right?
It isn't providing tampons in school bathrooms, it is providing tampons in boys bathrooms in schools. Don't misrepresent what he did. What does providing tampons in school bathrooms have to do with all of this??
No, it's the truth. An inconvenient truth that you want to deny. Tell it to the Washington Post.
"In March 2023, Walz issued an executive order protecting trans patients’ ability to receive medical care that helps them live according to their gender identity. The order shields patients, parents and providers from punishment by other states for seeking and delivering such care. The next month, he signed legislation enshrining similar protections that supporters said would establish Minnesota as a “trans refuge.”"

To update it, perhaps? Better wording, less vague. Who knows. And what? Why was the text changed?
LOL. Please keep slumbering in your denial. Tell yourself these things until after the election. Thank you.The meltdown is happening on the right, because none of their lies are sticking, including the one you amplified above. Twelve current polls show Harris/Walz ahead, and MAGA is scared out of their gourds that their aggrieved and shrinking minority will lose another general election.
Served 'during wartime', not 'served in war'.If he served during a time of war he is considered to have served in war whether or not he "saw combat". You are nitpicking at nothing.
Source: a decade of naval service.
Served 'during wartime', not 'served in war'.
He is a vet regardless.
But if he claims things that aren't true, he should be called out on it. Same if Vance does.

Go look at my post 155.To update it, perhaps? Better wording, less vague. Who knows.
What was your point about it?
