The entire ME is headed towards being 100% Muslim

Non-Muslims are being "removed" from all over the ME (except Israel), by various means. By murder, by economic displacement, by 2nd class status, and on and on. This is true in both Sunni states and Shia states.

It's a parsimonious, natural conclusion to draw that Muslim majority societies are simply intolerant of non-Muslims. (BTW, we see exactly the same trend in Turkey.) Muslims tell us that Islam is a religion of peace and tolerance, but actions speak louder than words. In action, Islam is violent and intolerant of all "others", whenever it becomes predominant. Here are a few links:

'The Body And The Blood' Follows Exodus Of Christians In The Middle East

Note: This thread was partly inspired by a current discussion on RF concerning Israel and the Palestinians. In the context of the broader non-Muslim displacement we see throughout the ME and when we compare the size and population of Israel when compared to the entire ME, it seems that claims against Israel are clearly biased.

What is Wrong With Jews Who Repeatedly Post the Most Hateful Propaganda Towards Muslims?

Israel is a safe haven for Christians, AND about 20% of Israeli citizens are Muslims. As opposed to the rest of the ME, Israel is more than tolerant of its non- Jewish citizens, whereas in the rest of the ME, Muslims are quite intolerant of non-Muslims.

As noted in the 1st sentence of the OP ;)
Oh, I don't read posts....just titles.
And then I think of how to derail the thread.
You really need to bring in more qualirfied posters.

But to your point, it does seem that Islam, when it's in the majority, has a tendency to exclude others.
But when in the minority in a secular state, it can do well, eg, Dearborn MI.

Hello.

You are seeing the situation by one eye (anti-Muslims and pro-Isreal), not panorama vision or by justice thinking.

fact you analyse consequences (by one eye too),you skipp the bad/evil role of West in ME,you ignore the big facture the involvement of West in ME,also you skipped that also Muslims are/were victimes and there millions of Muslims leaving ME with Christains because of all above.

I personally find it annoying by seeing someone biased all time, and wasting his time in that "hateful" thinking.

Hi Godo,

As I always do, I am looking at the situation from the perspective of equal human rights for all.

You seem to be saying that Muslims' behaviors in the ME can all be justified by bad stuff "the West" did? Hmmm.. As one counter example, Coptic Christians have been in the ME for almost 2000 years, and they have nothing to do with western interventions. So why would Muslims choose to push them out of the ME?

And in general, the non-Muslims living in the ME have had nothing to do with western interventions. So why push them out? How about Turkey? Why have almost all of the Christians in Turkey been pushed out? They had nothing to do with western interventions either?

What seems to be the pattern is that once Muslims become the majority in a society, they become intolerant of all non-Muslims.

Godo, I would feel this way about any ideological group. Do you think we should be less critical of Muslims than we are of others? Do Muslims need some special considerations?

Satan is stirring up the world against God's chosen people. We are in the latter days. The stage is setting for the prophecies in the book of Revelation to be fulfilled. It is happening before your very eyes.

We are experiencing the beginning just before the end.

I think the problem is generalizing , because when you used "Muslims" instead of Some" tiny extrem Muslims" that big fault evil you did.

Role number one :
Generalizing is evil.

Yes the West got involed in ME, since Iran/iraq war untl now ,so denying that your government were/are not responsible for the actual situation.is far from history facts that's leads us to current situation!

You seems mixed up down the cases by your generalizing, by using individual accident to accuse All Muslims and even governments, thats evil and not good from you.

I repeat you are using generalizing speech thats really evil.

That does not seem to explain nor address what was just presented, @Godobeyer .

For that matter, it is not very convincing on its own parameters either.

The "West" is far from blameless, and it goes back in time a lot further than the 1980s Iran/Iraq War. But that is little more than a detail in the rather troubled, largely self-inflicted history of Islaamic communities.

Wherever the OP is generalizing,I hate generalizing.

Fact that also the Muslims not just Christains leaving ME because of terrorism is happening, but unfortunately skipped by OP, because poster is becomes clearly anti-Muslims!

I am not seeing it, myself.

How is that relevant? Of course the conflict scares and inconveniences the Muslims as well. That goes without saying.

because poster is becomes clearly anti-Muslims!
Not anti-Muslims. Anti-Islaam.

Hi Godo,

According to the article, there are about 4.5 million Coptic Christians still in the ME. For the sake of discussion, let's say that there are 15 million non-Muslims still in the ME (not counting Israel). It could be more but for the sake of discussion let's say it's 15 million. Now let's take your point that some Muslims are leaving as well. Let's say that 15 million non-Muslims leave and 15 million Muslims leave. Sound fair to your point?

Then all that will be left will be Muslims. What should we call those remaining Muslims? I'd probably call them Islamists, do you have a different name?

Whatever you call them, they will have taken a region that has been multi-cultural for thousands of years, and turned it into an entirely Islamic society, correct?

When that happens, it will be obvious to everyone that Islam is not peaceful or tolerant.

But history proves you wrong because Christians and Jews are still alive for more than
one thousand of years in the ME, and even Muslims invasion to Spain and Europe
were blessing to the Jews who were treated badly in Europe.
