The quoted article didn't mentions anything about the Muslims trying to murder, crucify anyone's hands, cut off anyone's feet or imprison someone. So in this case, yes, I think Christians are wrong to stand in front of a different faith's building and attempt to convert its people.

I don't think you can make an argument based on what it says on the Qur'an because there are many different types of Muslims and whether its because they're liberal or peaceful or whatever there are Muslims who don't/won't interpret verses like this to mean that they need to be violent. Its wrong to persecute an otherwise peaceful person because of a violent verse he has in his holy book without knowing he intends you harm.

violence can occur in any country for one reason or another.

North Korea considers the US and its allies as enemies. They still feel that they are at war with us, literally. That in addition to the fact that Kim Jung Un is insane, a dictator, puts his political rivals in concentration camps, is responsible for murdering many who merely speak against his regime, etc. makes it completely understandable and right that no one wants them to have nuclear weapons.

But, they already do have nuclear weapons thanks to the Soviet Union. We are now concerned with their ability to deliver nuclear warheads across oceans killing civilians unprovoked. Kim Jung Un has proven to be capable of this. Thus, it is important to stop him from developing ballistic missiles that can deliver nuclear warheads to Japan, Europe, the US, etc.

I'm not sure what you mean by this. Putin is basically a dictator already. The US has the constitution to protect us from ever having a dictator. But, as I stated, it isn't just the fact that Kim Jung Un is a dictator. He is a maniacal, psychopathic dictator who sees the entire Western world as being at war with them.
