Well Jesus said except a man be born of the water and of the Spirit he cannot enter into the Kingdom of God so water baptism in the name of Jesus Christ is assential for salvation and Mark 16:16 makes it plain that water batism is assential for salvation
You might be saying God is only with people who are baptised in water and for everyone else there is no Jehovah.
Mark 16:16 does not actually say "water" baptised. But you can't be sure if the scripture means Holy Spirit baptism. Can you? Mark 1:8 Matthew 3:11 Luke 3:16 John 1:33 Acts of the Apostles 1:5 Titus 3:5 Ephesians 5:26
So why does John 3:5 say, "born of water"?
It seems to be the only place in scripture where water baptism seems to have saving power. I can think so I do.
Compare Ezekiel 36:25 and we see that water saves only when it has been touched by The Savior.
17"Son of man, when the people of Israel were living in their own land, they defiled it by their conduct and their actions. Their conduct was like a woman's monthly uncleanness in my sight.....20And wherever they went among the nations they profaned my holy name, for it was said of them, 'These are the LORD's people, and yet they had to leave his land.'....22"Therefore say to the Israelites, 'This is what the Sovereign LORD says: It is not for your sake, people of Israel, that I am going to do these things, but for the sake of my holy name, which you have profaned among the nations where you have gone.....25I will sprinkle clean water on you, and you will be clean; I will cleanse you from all your impurities and from all your idols.
Verse 25 says GOD WILL sprinkle clean water. So if YHVH is not doing the baptism then your baptism won't save you.
The Jews who Jesus was speaking to would have known that it is the priest who sprinkles water.

So why did peter batise on the day of pentecost? Acts 2:38 ? Why all through acts they baptized people in water in the name of the Lord Jesus or Jesus Christ..most of that was your opinion and not biblical..Jesus said you must be born of the water and Spirit..which is the water baptism in the Name of Jesus Christ & the baptism of the Holy Ghost..so if "YHVH" doesnt do the baptizing it wont save you...why did Jesus to go into all the world and teach all nations BAPTIZING them..when the Gentiles Got the Holy Ghost and were baptized with the Spirit peter didnt say oh they got the baptism of the Holy Ghost they are saved..no after they recieved the Spirit he said can any man forbid water, that these should be baptized? Acts 10:47 peter already knew they were born bu the Spirit but they still needed the water according to John 3:5 ..and i dare you to tell me thats a lie.

Water baptism is a benefit of salvation imho. It is not salvation itself. You say, "they are born of the spirit" then baptized. It is being born of the spirit that saves a person.

Jesus said you must be born of the WATER & SPIRIT they are both assential according to JESUS THE CHRIST you cant have one and be saved without the other..Jesus said you MUST be born of the water and of the Spirit..do you know what must means?

According to my teaching source the word water can be figurative.
All people have water in common. All life has water in common. So then John 3:5 might be referring to a believer's responsibility to acknowledge ALL life is precious to God. Baptized in water might be figurative. Some groups of Christians reject all people from their group who do not believe the same thing as they do. They prove they are not baptized in water (figuratively).

Water might well mean otehr things, but baptism into Christ I think is scriptural. The deeper understanding would be that it is a baptism in spirit, washed in the spirit of the lord, etc

Imagine actually believing that there is an All Powerful Cosmic Ruler of the Universe out there, who damns people to eternal torture because their parents didn't splash water on their face when they were babies.
