I wave a small piece of chew bone and grab the win.
And you think dogs can't hold many things in the mouth at the same time. And some react badly when others attempt to grab things out of their mouths. In the interest of the gentle sensibilities of some here, I'll just post this

That is true. But dogs cannot distinguish between a win and a chew bone.

Almost same case as Revoltingest, to whom a small piece of bacon is win.

Now I've had about enough of that! No more, and I'm not nearly as much of a pushover as I used to be.

When it's bedtime, it's bedtime!

A story post, or two...and that's it! None of this one at a time things, read me one more, until it's read me six or seven books, and now make up a story, until you're so bleary-eyed you just sit there and try to make up a boring story so it will bore them to sleep, but it doesn't work! :)D)

I think I'm tired, too.
Obviously, you were having trouble with the kiddies!

To a dog, a chew bone IS a win! And yes, it is possible to distract and occupy him with bacon and mechanical gadgets...
