What is this warm Indian pudding btw?
The first time I was in India, I got tired of asking what was in everything so ordered something that had a good name. It was overcooked spinach drowning in enough oil to power a diesel car for 100 miles. That's what "Indian pudding" evoked in my memory banks.

+2/3 cup cornmeal
+1/4 cup butter
+1/2 cup dark molasses
+1 teaspoon salt
+1/4 cup white sugar
+1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Could be...but that is from the ursine recipe.... I prefer the one humans make

What is corn flower? It is purple or lavender coloured? Or is it same as cobwebs? Or is it some weed?
