As it is, I can't have any cookies for a week because my wife and I are on the first day of a seven-day miracle diet to is supposed to help us lose about 10 pounds while cleansing our bodies of some not-so-good stuff...

We've done it before, and it does work, at least some...works best with exercise, of course...
