winning by not calling someone a liar, a cheat, a charlatan and a fraud on another site...even though I know he is...and have proof of it too..... and now if I can make it through the night without having to go to the ER...I shall win once again.....

Goodnight RF, wherever you are

Avoiding the ER is winning, no doubt.

if true, the weight and density of the fakes would be significantly different than the real wins...

There is no such difference.

Ergo, your attempt to sow confusion in the ranks of winning posters has failed...

The scale gave me another win today, down 1 pound, and thus off the latest plateau and on the way to another one. Nobody can tell me how much I should weigh so I'm using how much my stomach hangs over my belt as the first approximation. If that's TMI, tough.

I take my weight each Sunday morning and I write it down on the calendar and then at the end of each month I take the average and write that down on the little calendar. That way, I can better see my progress.

Congratulations! Keep at it!

In the last year, I've lost 25 to 30 pounds...my weight almost never stays exactly the same, even when I'm at a plateau...it varies sometimes a pound or more day to day...but based on my current "plateau" I'm only about five pounds from my typical weight in 2000, when I met my wife.
