Ah, yes. It isn't my stomach not liking it. It is my Head.
That too. In my 20's I thought it was fun to be drunk and paid the price, well not willingly, but without paying much attention to it. Later on, my stomach did not mind it but in some moderation. Then it become OK with dinner when food preceded it. Now it's very very seldom welcomed and then only in very small quantities.

I like wine. My want is to find another gourmet who, like me, just loves food and wine.

That is just alien to me. I am the one who prepares all of it.
The other day I was working on assembling dinner (I volunteer to help prepare meals for the group that's in the program) and was faced with weighing out beef bourguignon to provide 3.5oz of meat for the meal. That beef has big chunks of carrots, mushrooms, onions in it. It was impossible to weigh out properly since a ladle might come up with 3.5oz of carrots and mushrooms.

So I threw away the scale and did what seemed about right.

My IT learning about how to deal with problems transferred to meal prep!
